As a painter at BallardWorks and a recent transplant to Seattle, I was thrilled to have two of my favorite interdisciplinary artists and long-time friends move across the country in the past year. I am excited to present their work here in two solo exhibitions, using the upstairs and downstairs galleries to form a dialogue on place and space. Both explore the interplay of memory and landscape, and have created their most recent paintings in Ballard.
